This includes information you provide when you take any of the following steps, if and when such facilities are offered by our site: request a quote, register to have a Member profile page and receive request for quotes from our site, subscribe to other services which we might make available from time to time, search for a Member, enter a competition, promotion or survey (if any) that we might feature from time to time, and when you report a problem with our site. The information you give us may include your name, e-mail address and phone number, personal description, desired auto glazing requirements and booking requirements, relatives’ ages and other relevant details along with other details from time to time.

Information we collect about you. On each of your visits to our site we may automatically collect the following information:

  • technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;

  • to carry out our obligations arising from your use of our site (including, where relevant, to allow Customers to browse Member details, to notify Members of your request for a quote, to enable Members to provide you with a quote if you have requested such quotes, provide you with other information and services (if any) of our site or any other contractual obligations agreed between us);
  • to provide you with information about those services that you are using through our site or other services we offer that are similar to them;
  • to notify you about changes to our site’s services;
  • to ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer;
  • to provide you, or permit selected third parties to provide you, with information about the goods or services we feel may interest you.  We (or they) will contact you by electronic means, only if you consent to this when you request a quote.  By  opting-in to marketing and/ or confirming your consent in the comments section of your quote request form, you consent to us using your personal data in this way and/or passing your contact details on to Members or to other third parties for the purposes of contacting you about a quote and/ or for other marketing purposes, as stated. Please note, similar such information might be provided to you by us using information you’ve provided other than your personal data (e.g. marketing information might be sent to your organisation but not to a named individual at your organisation).

Information we collect about you. We will use this information:

  • to administer our site and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes;
  • to improve our site to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer;

The data that we collect from you will NOT be transferred to, stored at or processed in any way at any destination outside the European Economic Area (the EEA) unless we notify you otherwise.  We will, at all times, take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy & Cookies Policy.  By submitting your personal data, you agree to such terms regarding the transfer, storing or processing of your personal data.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers using SSL technology.
